Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are amazing because they are kind, hardworking and have the potential to rule the world.
My students love to help each other and always work together to make sure they are all successful.
I have instilled the importance of respect and they gladly take it upon themselves to make sure they respect each other.
My students come from different socio-economic backgrounds and different cultures, yet they continue to build positive relationships with each other.
Some of my students take on more responsibility than a child should, but in class they have the opportunity to be the child they deserve to be. They are able to feel safe, happy, and it gives them their own time to shine.

Books are such an important part of a child's education because it gives them a chance to use their imagination and even understand the world around them.
I want my students to explore the world through literacy!
Help my students learn about the world we live in through informational text.
Students need to have a chance to read for pleasure and many students are interested in learning about the world they live in. Through informational text, students can learn about the past! In addition, students will be reading books that provide information about our history and cultural differences.
