This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are looking to vary our library center. I am hoping to add more multicultural reads , letter books and some non fiction. While we have a lot of the famous reads there are so many new books out that are current to today. The children need to see all types of books and most importantly books with all cultures represented correctly. They love to do picture walks and books with beautiful illustrations is something we need desperately .

I would like to put these books in the library center for the children to explore and learn together with .
