My Project

Second grade is all about fine tuning reading skills. My students want to read fluently and to do that, they need something to read. I want to give them the resources they need to succeed.

I want to put a book in the hands of each of my students.

I want to give each student a book at orientation to take home and practice reading. I want them to have the confidence to read it out loud to anyone and everyone who will listen.

The books I have chosen are at varying levels of ability but mostly on grade level.
