Help me give my students the classroom magazines they love! We had the 30 day free trial, but can't afford them on our own. We would really love having Scholastic News for our Close Reading Lessons.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Boyer's classroom raised $232

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My young superheroes are eager to learn and grow as scholars and future leaders. We are working so hard to become technically literate early in our educational journey.
Our classroom is tiny, but our learning is mighty.
More than half of our students qualify for government meal assistance, and bus in from areas where life is less than ideal for a child to thrive in. We have dedicated staff and parents working together to ensure our students have positive experiences and opportunities where resources allow.
My Project
We have a hunger for Scholastic News! We just finished our 30 day Free Trial and want our class to continue through the rest of the year!
Readers today are the Leaders of Tomorrow!
Current Events are in each colorful issue...connecting my students to their global community in an informative and engaging format. We need diverse reading resources to not only engage our learners but to help them practice for high stakes state testing.
I am always telling my students to “stay curious,” and they love to search for the answers and figure things out for themselves. We Love Reading!
