This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love to create things using building blocks and magnet tiles. They read and solve math problems daily but to truly unleash their creative side, they need more help.
What better way to learn how to create objects than to read about it and then build it!
By supporting my project, my students will have access to read books about scientist and the struggles they went through to create things. They can use the STEM activities to create something of their own to help others. I can use the Teachers Pay Teachers gift card to get resources to challenge them as well as reward them when they complete the task. My students will build confidence through these activities and learn more about the Climate and Environment and how they can help to make it better.
