This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach a wonderful group of fourth graders who are curious and love to learn! I am always looking for ways to motivate them to read. We participate in novel study groups, book clubs, and innovative book report activities. My students love graphic novels and I found a series that I know they will enjoy:
Investigators to the rescue!
This is a wonderful book series and because the title has a play on my name, I know they will get a kick out of reading them. In addition, I am requesting blank books so that my students can write their own stories and "publish" them where they will be put in our school library for other students to enjoy! Thank you!
