This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I am happy to be teaching Pre-K through 2nd Grade! My students are a diverse group with varying skill levels. We are very lucky to have a basketball team, coed soccer team, and girls soccer team at our school that competes against other schools in our district.

Students are most excited when they are able to experience new challenges and see themselves grow!

Most of them have never been exposed to structured play or organized games. All students deserve to be exposed to a full, rich curriculum that develops them into lifelong movers. Appreciating physical activity is important to a healthy lifestyle.

My Project

This project is going to assist my girls' soccer, coed soccer, and basketball team prepares for their games. During our training sessions, I want to incorporate this new method of training that will be sure to be a success with the kids! Currently, our training consists of practices that don't allow for much time for fitness, but these trampolines will maximize that time and effort the students are putting into their training.

Trampolines will be a fun and exciting way for my student-athletes to get the game ready!

It is vital for my teams to be fit and healthy for their games and using these trampolines will be a great addition to their training program. Students, especially at the elementary level, need a way to train that will be fun but also give them high rewards in terms of their fitness levels. This project will be extremely beneficial in getting my students ready to compete in matches and help them achieve their goals!
