This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

When fourth graders are able to divide and multiply quickly and correctly, achievement follows. Learning games such as Math Tower and Math Bingo allow students to develop their math facts in a challenging and fun environment. As they begin to grasp math facts, students are better able to learn and master high levels of math. Students learn that math has real world applications and is fun! Group learning games also allow students to develop interpersonal skills such as listening, taking turns, and solving conflicts. These are skills that will benefit them throughout middle and high school.
