This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love to workout and play different sports. They are taught about the many benefits physical activity gives their bodies. These materials will make a difference in their learning by motivating them through the power of music and providing additional workout stations using the straight bar and ankle cuffs. The electric pump will keep all of the different sports balls inflated and in good working condition to allow my students to stay active.

The supplies I am requesting will allow my students to continue on their health and wellness journey.

Physical activity contributes to positive attitudes and academic behaviors. Both of which are important components of improved academic performance in reaching a students' full potential.
