This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are part of a fantastic school. They come from various cultural backgrounds and languages, creating a truly unique and diverse classroom. Many of them lack access to technology in the home which motivates us to provide these tools for our students even more. They are funny, dedicated, brilliant, kind, inquiring minds who rise to any academic challenge presented to them.
Our school is a family of teachers, supporting staff, and learners that truly care about one another and work together to deliver the best for each and every one of our students.
These students are members of a Title I urban school in Richmond, CA, a school where all students qualify for the free breakfast and free lunch program.
My Project
RazPlus is an online digital (leveled) library with a built-in instructional management platform that will allow me to manage groups and individuals, and target skills practice with a flexible curriculum as an additional resource for my students at home.
Students in my classroom will have the ability to expand on language skills while others can continue their accelerated language acquisition using RazPlus ELL as a supporting resource.
All students have to do is sign-in and access this resource at home with little to no help from parents. RazPlus will provide me with valuable data to better support my students.
