My classroom is full of bright, lively third graders who love to learn. Many of my students come to school hungry for knowledge. I strive to engage all students in the power of learning and create lifelong learners who recognize the importance of learning and reading daily.

My Project
Recess is an important part of any student’s day… just ask them! Many children list recess as their favorite time of day because they have the ability to enjoy the great outdoors, be active, and socialize with peers. My students are in need of some recess games and equipment to help them make the most of this important time of day. Balls and a ball pump will encourage gross motor skills as well as teamwork and cooperation. Activity mats will allow students to create mazes and complete a variety of exercises such as jumping jacks and toe touches. Each of these supplies will be used for years to come!
