My Students
My students are middle school students who have a love of, and for, learning. I work with students who have a variety of career goals that range from an industry worker to a neurosurgeon. They are all unique, social beings who are striving to be promoted even with all the barriers they face. They come from a low-income/high poverty school district and need assistance. I want to provide my students with what is needed to ensure their success. This project will help with that.
My Project
My students are in need of items that will provide activities for recess. We are asking for a volleyball net, dodge balls, and a football for play. We would also like to have a cooler for keeping refreshments cool and a ladder to help us put up our net. These items will help to promote a healthy lifestyle and encourage active play for my students. We will also be able to promote socialization and team play during recess. Please help to give us this opportunity. We do not have extra funding in our budget for extra curricular items and these items will benefit our kids.
