My Students
Our students walk into our classroom every day with big smiles on their faces, excited for what is in store for them that day. They are hard workers and are up for new challenges. We teach in a small caring community in New Jersey. Our school is k-3 and we have 21 loving second graders. We strive to make our classroom a safe , loving environment where the children can have fun and learn.
The kids in our school are amazing and caring!
As the most diverse school in our district, we have students with different abilities and come all different types of families. Despite each child's difference or lifestyle , our students care about each other and their environment. They are always ready to help one another. Community is our strength, and it's something we are proud of!
My Project
Our students need a variety of supplies in order to raise a class pet! Our students are learning responsibility and social-emotional learning by raising a class pet.
As a responsible pet owner, Our students need the proper supplies such as bedding, a cage, and a water bottle to insure out guinea pig has a healthy and happy life!
All of the supplies we are am asking for will help offset the financial obligations of properly housing our class pets.
In addition to aiding in social-emotional learning, our class pet will help our students learn responsibility and empathy. Our hope is that our class pets will help the students learn about themselves and others in a positive way!
