My students need wooden blocks, building bricks, plastic dinosaurs and other toys to play with during raining day recess. Rainy days are fun but not when you are stuck in the classroom with nothing to play with.

My Students
My students come from varied backgrounds. Some of my students have the opportunity to see the world around them and visit many new and exciting places, while some of my students have not traveled outside of our town. No matter what their background, all of my students love learning, love school, and love each other.
My classroom is filled with future doctors, teachers, lawyers, and world changers.
My students are amazing, and I want to do anything I can to introduce them to more and more!
My Project
Rainy days are tough for first graders, and not having something fun to do to occupy their time makes it even harder. I am requesting LEGO bricks, blocks, coloring books, and stuffed animals.
These games will give my students something to do as well as teach them how to play and cooperate with their peers.
Cooperative play is difficult for young children. These type of games will help them learn how to follow directions, take turns and share.
Please help us fund our project! Rainy days are approaching, and we desperately need things for my firsties to enjoy during recess.
