This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Some days recess gets rained out and I would like to provide activities for my classroom to do that will help them developmentally grow. They enjoy puzzles and building things. Many of my students are low income and do not have access to things like this at home. This would be a great alternative to putting them on devices or watching educational videos. It would be something new and educationally different. In the past I have used things like this and it was very successful. Students enjoy creating their own projects and it helps their cognitive growth.
