Rainbow Portfolios for Budding Artists!

Help me give my students the opportunity to store all of their work in one location and reflect on their art as they grow as artists! This construction paper will be used to make portfolios for all students!

My Project

My name is Connor Reese, I am a first-year art teacher in Maine. I'll be teaching Pk-5 at the schools here.

These portfolios will give students K-5 the chance to check out all of the awesome art they made throughout the year and reflect on their art with their friends.

In addition, these portfolios will ensure that no student work gets lost or misplaced and ensure that every piece will make it home for their parents to see.

Portfolios such as these give students such a perfect opportunity to not only reflect at the end of the year but also to reflect as they grow as artists. I have many of my old portfolios from when I was their age and it fills me with incredible pride as an artist to see every piece that has made me who I am today. I would love more than anything to give my students the same opportunity.
