Racing to Glowing Success at Fine Arts Night

My Project

We are busy planning our annual Fine Arts Night at my Elementary School. This year we have been inspired by the colors of florescent neon paint in the cabinet.

We would like to have a "Glow Party" Room at our Fine Arts Night for families in our community to enjoy.

In order to acheive this we need some florescent super black tubes to create a great glow.

We need two Remote Control race cars to make tracks in the paint that will be in another art experience outside at Fine Arts Night.
