As you may know, our sewing classes play a crucial role in providing students with valuable skills in garment construction, textile design, and creativity. However, we are facing a challenge that is impacting the learning experience of our students: uncomfortable seating at our sewing machines. Our stools are wooden and falling apart.
Currently, our students are using old wooden stools and they are literally falling apart while the students are sitting in them working at the sewing machines in our classroom making this a safety issue.
I believe that providing better, metal seating options for our students will significantly enhance their learning experience and enable them to achieve greater success in our sewing program. With your support, we aim to purchase stools specifically at the correct height to use at the sewing machines.
