My Project
Every doctor preaches about staying hydrated. It is even more important when you are doing strenuous activities like working out. Our Marching Flashes need bottled water to stay hydrated during their practices throughout the spring and summer.
Staying hydrated means students can perform at their best during rehearsals and performances.
Having enough water for our band students is imperative to them playing their best. When the weather gets warmer and practices are long, hydration is important when students are hot and sweaty. Adequate hydration is essential for maintaining energy levels, muscle function, and preventing heat-related illnesses.
