Quality Gross Motor Equipment

My Project

Our Preschool program is specifically for at-risk 3-4 year olds in our Title I school. These students need authentic, hands-on ways to practice gross motor skills, and engaging & open-ended toys and supplies to learn the social skills that they desperately need to succeed in life.

Since COVID changed our world, I've noticed that students are struggling to develop essential gross motor and social skills.

We LOVE playing outside; the shed and shelves will allow us to keep our gross motor equipment outside in our playground so they are easily accessible to the kids. The balance board, stilts, and other equipment will be used to develop students' gross motor skills as well as their social skills in asking for and taking turns.

These students will thrive if they are able to get the supplies and support necessary to develop these essential skills.
