This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

San Andreas offers Wellness services to students, including group and individual therapies. Participating in these services includes getting comfortable, and opening up. What better way to help a teenager to feel comfortable than to offer them food!

We will have a wide variety of snacks available in our Wellness Center for both students who are seeking services and students on campus who may need an extra snack to help them focus.

These snacks will encourage students to visit the Wellness center, which will give them a great opportunity to see some of the great services that we offer. When students have full stomachs, they are able to focus more on their academics and mental health! At San Andreas, we focus on servicing the whole child!
