My Students

We have a group of happy, caring, and enthusiastic second graders this school year. This is a diverse Title I school, and we're excited about offering our students a warm environment and safe space to learn. Feeling comfortable in a classroom is the first step to success!

My Project

I would like to have a puzzle station in my classroom. My students will work together to put a variety of puzzles together. What a fun way to improve their social skills and cooperation! This will also improve their critical thinking which will improve their thinking in the math and STEM fields. The project will provide a wide variety of puzzles to meet the different needs of each student. There are also several map puzzles. I am looking forward to boosting the geography skills of my students. This project is a wonderful way to integrate curriculum and motivate students. I know they will love the challenge and enjoy working with each other to solve these puzzles!
