My Students
My students are a wonderful group of children. They love reading, writing, math and learning about the world around them. We work hard to develop a happy and supportive classroom culture. We are a team! We build each other up and help each other reach their potential. My students are great kids striving to do great things each day.
Many of my students are struggling with reading and basic phonic skills.
Despite our challenges, we are working hard to grow and improve each day!
My Project
Many of my students are struggling with basic phonics and reading skills. Reading practice in class can help, but more hands-on activities and manipulatives will make their learning easier and more applicable. Visuals and hands-on games will help make learning more exciting and fun for the whole class.
These puzzles and games will better help my students enhance their reading and strengthen their comprehension.
I have also included some STEM activities to better help their critical thinking skills. Learning how to work through a problem is a great skill in and outside of the classroom. When students have more opportunities to do hands on learning and work with their peers, their learning increases
