My Project
I have coached boys wrestling for 20 years. Our district just started a girls program last year. After coaching the girls for a year, it has become apparent that they lack the functional strength that the boys have.
This equipment will help the girls develop the the functional core strength and balance through extend position they need to become successful wrestlers.
The landmine equipment will become a part of our weekly workout routine.
I'm hoping that by adding these exercised into a weekly routine, they will help the girls become stronger, more balanced athletes and help them win contested positions that other female wrestlers cannot.
