My Students
Our Library/Media center is a hub of activity and learning in our school. Every student in our building has the opportunity to browse for and borrow books and participate in research and multi-media lessons on a weekly basis.
We are a diverse group, with students from countries all around the world.
Our students have mixed abilities and interests, yet we all work together. At our elementary school, we like to try new things and work hard to make them successful.
My Project
Our library's Chromebooks need a home. Right now, I am charging each device individually and locking them in a closet at night. It would be very beneficial for the students to have a dedicated cart, where they can go to retrieve the Chromebooks and return them when they are done.
A stationary cart with a lock will provide access for students, both during library class time and when working on the school newspaper.
It will also allow for charging when not in use, as well as being a dedicated safe place to store them overnight.
Thank you for your help in bringing this needed cabinet to our students.
