My Students
My group of second graders is eager to learn and grow, but we are in need of some help! My elementary school is located in a small, rural area of our county. Many of my students come from low socioeconomic households and struggle with learning. Very few are fortunate enough to have access to resources to help provide support for learning.
Because my school is a Title I school, our access to such resources is very limited.
However, they do their very best to provide as much as possible. That's why I'm hoping that through this project, I can give my students new opportunities for learning.
My Project
Covid-19 has made a tremendous impact on our community and how our students are learning. As we transition into face to face learning, I want my students to be able to learn while in an environment with clean and purified air. This purifier removes dust, allergens, odor, bacteria, and viruses from the air to ensure the health and safety of my students as well as myself. Even after Covid-19 numbers decrease, this will still be an great asset for my classroom to keep students healthy and striving to be successful.
