This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach a bilingual Prekindergarten class in Texas. My students come from all different income levels and are very hard working and dedicated to learning. My campus is a Title I school in North Texas where the majority of our students receive free or reduced-rate lunch.
A Puppet theater and puppets are the perfect addition to centers in our classroom. They will be able to actively play with one another and develop strong social-emotional skills while doing so. They are the sweetest, most creative littles. They deserve to have the resources for creative playtime so that they can use their imaginations.
