My Project
The materials in this project will allow our students to bring literature to life through puppets and plush. Students can retell stories to each other including key details and dialogue. This will support reading comprehension and visualization in our younger children's literacy development.
Students love to retell stories using concrete materials like puppets and stuffed animals. It helps make the key details in the story relevant to them. Having the puppet organization center will help support efficiency with the process of distributing and collecting materials for students to collaborate with.
