This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This year has been exceptional because so many students have experienced baseball and boxing for the first time. Students have learned how to throw and catch a baseball as well as throw right and left hook combinations. The students and I are blessed to have this equipment, but we are looking to complete our class set so every student can participate at the same time.
I am proud to share my own baseball and boxing passions with my students and hope that they may become interested in baseball or boxing themselves.
Maybe some will join a softball or baseball team one day, or join a boxing gym to keep in shape in the future.
These baseball mitts, boxing gloves, as well as jump ropes and a boxing bag will help support all students in my PE classes in staying physically fit and help them have fun.
