Pump Up the Spirit for House Meetings

Help me give my students pom poms to show our spirit at our house meetings and support our cheerleading team.

My Students

My elementary students work hard in class. Their parents value education greatly but are often unable to support learning outside of the school day. They put their best foot forward and are inspired to do better.

Today's students will be the leaders of tomorrow; future doctors, lawyers, entrepreneurs, engineers, and software designers.

As a teacher, it is my job to prepare these students for careers that are not in existence yet. By giving my students opportunities inside and outside the classroom to grow and succeed, I can see that I am shaping the future of our great nation.

My Project

Our campus is divided into houses based on the Ron Clark Academy model of house systems. Each week we have a House Meeting and the group of students in each house is expected to show house spirit in a variety of ways. One of those ways is by doing cheers to show their school spirit.

These pompoms will help show others that we are excited about learning.

They will also be available to our cheerleading team for a variety of their performances. Our school colors are red and black, so the red pompoms would be great to incorporate in the cheers and dances.
