I am requesting some new classroom chairs for my Kindergarteners! We are a small rural school district and budgets and funding do not come easy nor plentiful. Therefore we are left with a hodgepodge of outdated hand-me-downs. A good foundation (chairs) helps students start off in the right direction for all subjects! To help our custodial staff my students are also responsible for stacking and unstacking their chairs daily. Therefore chairs that can be managed by Kindergarteners and stacked efficiently are important too!
An updated, uniform set of comfortable chairs that my students can more easily manage will help create a classroom culture that is welcoming, desirable, and proud to be a part of!
