My Project

We have had a very successful year piloting Trout in the Classroom with our middle schoolers. We raised trout from eggs to fingerlings, and while we had some unfortunate deaths in our tank, we have about 30 fish waiting to be released to nature.

In June, our middle school will take a trip to the Croton Watershed to release our fish.

For this, we need coolers, thermometers, and other equipment to keep our fish healthy for the 1.5-hour bus ride before they are released. Please help us fund this equipment so we can have a successful trout release. We'll be able to use these materials for years to come.
