My Project

My 8th Grade History class will be learning about the Holocaust this year. I remember as a student reading The Diary of Anne Frank and how much of an impact it had on me. I would like my students to have the same experience. I would like for my students to not only learn about it but have empathy for those affected. I chose The Diary of Anne Frank for that reason its about a girl around their age who was affected. Material that they can relate to will help them better understand! The poster board scissors and colored pencils will help the students with their project presentation we will be doing over the Holocaust. Covid- 19 made it to where we couldn’t do many hands-on projects, or if we did we may not get to finish them because of random Covid outbreaks.
