Providing Essential Materials: Choir Folders for Student Singers

My Project
I teach choir to an amazing group of students who show up each day ready to learn, work hard, and make music together. They take pride in what they do, and they deserve tools that support all of their efforts.
Right now, we’re struggling with just keeping our music organized.
Most of my students don’t have folders, and the few we do have are falling apart. Our music ends up wrinkled, lost, or out of order, which slows down our rehearsals and makes it harder for students to stay focused.
I’m asking for a class set of durable, reusable choir folders to help my students stay on track. These folders are designed for singers: they hold multiple pieces of music securely, support good posture, and will last for many years.
For many of my students, choir is more than just a class, it’s a place where they feel seen, supported, and confident. Giving them something as simple as a folder helps them feel prepared and proud. It’s one small way to show them that their work matters.
