My Project
I would like to provide my students with a sensory area to help them remain calm and on task. The light up table will provide them with a place to settle down when they are feeling overwhelmed. The sensory slight up table will provide that sensory experience that students with autism crave.
The hands on manipulatives for the table is a great way to help students with autism by providing them with calming tools to support their unique needs.
The foot massager will help the students by providing them with the sensory input they need to help them calm.
A lot of our students are non-verbal and will benefit from having these activities to use to focus on activities and remain on task.
