This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Invest in our Evium 99, FIRST FTC robotics team so they will shine in the spotlight for their rookie season, 2023-2024 with this competitive laptop. This laptop will allow these incredibly gifted computer engineers the technology to show off their abilities to code and operate the robot they create. These students have the skills necessary to run autonomous code and use artificial intelligence interfacing, such as TensorFlow. However, they need a laptop with the current technology to perform the skills they have learned.

This Dell laptop will provide my students the ability to learn and compete with the best teams across the world this robotics season!

This laptop includes an Nvidia GPU, which is compatible with Cuda, a parallel computing platform, allowing applications to interface on a lower level, dramatically increasing speeds of artificial intelligence interfacing. The processing power of this laptop will allow them to have an IDE (Integrated Developer Environment) instead of just code editor. The A/V capabilities will allow the students to use software, such as Blender animations to also compete for video awards.
