Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing on behalf of our Elementary School to kindly request your support for a new initiative aimed at promoting consistent student attendance. We believe that regular attendance plays a crucial role in academic success, and we are launching an Attendance Incentive Program to encourage students to come to school every day, ready to learn.
Through this program, we plan to recognize and reward students who demonstrate excellent or improved attendance.
Incentives may include small prizes, certificates, or monthly raffles for students with perfect or improved attendance records. We are seeking financial or in-kind donations to help make this program impactful and motivating for our students.
Your generous support will directly benefit our school community by helping students stay engaged, motivated, and on the path to academic achievement. A contribution of any size will make a meaningful difference and will be acknowledged appropriately. We would also be happy to recognize your organization as a community partner in our newsletters, website, and during award ceremonies.
