My Project
My masonry students are some of the most determined young people I’ve ever met. They show up ready to work, not afraid to get their hands dirty, and eager to learn a trade that requires grit, focus, and precision. What I love most is their pride in building something real—and their growing awareness of how their work can impact both their communities and the environment.
This project is about more than protection—it's about training future masons to build safely and sustainably.
In masonry, exposure to dust, debris, loud noise, and bright sunlight is part of the job. Reusable KN95 masks will protect their lungs while reducing waste. Polarized sunglasses will shield their eyes from harsh glare during outdoor projects. Reusable gloves and corded ear plugs will keep their hands and hearing safe while reinforcing eco-conscious habits. These resources help my students stay safe on the job while learning that being a skilled mason also means being a responsible steward of the environment.
