My Project
I've acquired 6 yoga wheels already but this would help me have a better student:wheel ratio in my yoga classes. A wheel has helped me deepen my own practice, and I'd like to give my students that chance. If nothing else, using a wheel as a prop while seated on the mat helps maintain better posture - something much needed to counteract all the time they spend on devices.
Wheels are incredibly helpful in assisting students with inversions and deepening stretches in ways they don't traditionally move on the mat.
