I am trying to get the John Marshall High School Cheerleader team ready to enter their first competition after being missing from the cheerleader circuit for ten years. We have obtained new uniforms to look competition ready; however it is very cold in Chicago. We would like school jackets to wear when we attend clinics and competitions. This display will also help bring more school pride and school spirit to a school that is trying to build up its school pride. Our team list consists of 16 members and two coaches. We cheer at the football games and the basketball games, both boys and girls. Most of the students cannot afford to purchase a school jacket and they do not see many students at our school or other local schools wearing school jackets, however when visiting private, suburban and elite CPS schools. Our team members noticing the other teams having a school jacket has sparked conversation and interest. Our school colors are maroon and athletic gold. Sizes include 3 smalls, 8 mediums, 3 larges, 2 x-larges, 2 X-larges
