This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Project Lit is a community of educators and students who strive to promote and celebrate a culture of reading on their campuses by reading and discussing culturally relevant and inclusive books.
I am excited to start a Project Lit book club chapter on my campus for the 2022-2023 school year and provide an opportunity for these students to read and discuss amazing books that reflect their lives.
These books will allow us to get our Project Lit book club chapter started and promote a love of reading in our school and community.
