This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My young learners are full of curiosity and enthusiasm for learning. I would love to provide them with a new classroom rug for whole group learning and cooperative play. It will create an inviting space where they can share their ideas and opinions during our whole group meetings and where their collaborative learning take place. The rug helps my learners understand transitions and routines.
It provides them with a sense of belonging as their classroom is their home away from home.
It will also provide a space for engagement and comfort.
