Help me give my students water bottles to stay hydrated throughout the day! I'd also like to send my students home with a book for the holidays as a PBIS. Lastly, we need sensory items to stay focused.
Students need these water bottles so they can stay hydrated throughout the day and learn! When students aren't hydrated, they can't focus and ask to go get a drink at the water fountain 13 times a day which is distracting to other students learning.
I would like sensory swirl chairs to help out my busy body students stay engaged in our classroom discussions.
At points, students need to keep their bodies moving to help keep their brain engaged. Therefore, having a moving chair or foot bouncer will help unfuzzy their brain.
Finally, I would like books about diversity to send home with students as a source of positive behavior intervention and support. These books will reflect my own students lived experiences and are important for the students families that cannot afford gifts.
