Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students have worked so hard this year, I would love for them to have new supplies they can call their own. This will give them a spark of excitement to finish the year strong. As the year is winding down, my class is struggling to have basic supplies needed to finish the year out.
We come from a Title I school, and the school supplies they brought this year have been a majority of used materials from the last year.
These supplies, like glue, cardstock, construction paper, and laminating sheets will help with the project based learning in my class. My students are so excited about the work they do in class, they want to present them to their parents in a professional manner. These supplies will not only enhance the overall product of their work, but it will spark new excitement in their achievements. This will only make their overall product that much better!
