My students need an Epson Projector to enhance their learning experiences. Using technology in the classroom allows students to be exposed to a multitude of learning that they may not otherwise have the opportunity to experience.

My Students
I am the teacher of a wonderful first grade inclusion classroom. My class consists of Deaf and hard-of-hearing students as well as regular education students. Having diversity in my classroom has been a wonderful way to introduce children to the many different ways of communicating with others. In addition, it promotes tolerance and acceptance.
Technology is a key component to reaching students who learn through different modalities.
I have found that students are more engaged and motivated to learn when content is presented in an interactive way.
My Project
Imagine sitting in a classroom with 25 students, one teacher, and a workbook, trying to learn geometry. ....Is that a triangle? a square? Since they all left their telescopes at home, it's going to be a pretty long lesson. It's not just math either. With students in my class who are Deaf/ Hard of Hearing, access to visuals is key to learning.
That's where you come in!
Please help my kids see the information they are trying to learn (plus a Go Noodle video or two for a brain break!) by funding my project for a projector. Thank you so much!
