This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We have had just started making a classroom for students with specific special education needs. On our mission to make our classroom space more welcoming and useful we have added a white board and we have a projector screen that was already in place, but we have not been able to get a projector to use in class. Little by little our space is coming together and looking more official.

The joy on our students faces as they enjoy the space we have created for them and notice all that we are doing to make the class not only educational but also fun makes coming to class everyday such a wonderful experience!

I can not wait until they are able to enjoy something new to make the classroom a lot more fun and engaging.
