Help me give my students a projector that will be used to project the calculator emulator so that I can teach them how to use the TI calculator while teaching them the AP Calculus lessons.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are eager to learn and enjoy learning more about how they can use the TI calculator to support their learning about math. This upcoming school year I will be teaching AP Calculus AB, and part of the course is to teach students how to use the TI calculator as they will need it for parts of the course. To make this more engaging and easier to explain to students I need a projector that I can use to project the calculator emulator while I teach my lessons. This will allow me to not only allow students to try what they learned about using the calculator but also allow me to be able to show the calculator on the board and make it easier for students to see the buttons and the functions.
Having this projector will make my students' learning experience more enjoyable and more engaging.
This will allow them to participate in whole group lessons while at the same time learning AP Calculus and learning how to use the calculator.
