This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students live in one of the highest poverty-stricken areas in the Bronx which was also ravaged by Covid-19 and caused some of them to lose friends and family members. As a result of the return to the classroom setting, school attendance has changed greatly and now some teachers are in a position where they have to share spaces in order to teach multiple classes at the same time. A mobile projector will allow students to have learning materials displayed on any free wall no matter what space they are learning in. This will greatly aid flexibility by not being tethered to a wire or a space due to power outlets.
This projector will allow us to display learning materials in any room in the school building.
A mobile projector with a good display and speakers like this one will allow us to move around the building and project learning materials in any room that we have to teach in. And if we do have to share a room that has only one projector, the mobile projector can now be used by the other teacher.
