I plan to utilize the funds for this project, by purchasing the needed items, and begin to distribute them daily after each workout. My students have been educated on what healthy options are available to them in the hopes of gaining or losing weight. Each day after a workout, along with healthy protein shakes, they will be allowed to grab healthy snacks to keep them nourished before practice until they can get home to a good meal. Some of the students use school as their main source of nutrition, so this will help those students even more.
