Help me give my students an opportunity to develop a concrete example of graphing by providing them with dry-erase graphing resources. Thank you!
FULLY FUNDED! Dr. Daberkow's classroom raised $300

My Students
Our sixth grade students firmly believe that if they want to learn, nothing can stop them! Students in the sixth grade are always on the prowl for exciting ways to extend their learning opportunities through online learning experiences!
Our school is a diverse learning center comprised of motivated 21st-century learners!
Our students have benefited from a renovated building which still boasts original 19th-century hardwood floors, high ceilings, spacious classrooms, and hallways. Blending the old with the new, our building consists of a renovated learning wing and a new multipurpose room, cafeteria, and library. While many of our students stake a claim to Appalachian heritage, our diverse student population allows our students to enjoy the cultural richness found in Ohio's largest school district. Over 85% of our students are economically disadvantaged.
My Project
Project: Graphing will fund dry erase graphs for our classroom in addition to dry erase markers. The project will also provide erasers for students to allow for very efficient transitions between problems. Students will be able to work in large groups, small groups, and individually to practice developing their graphing skills.
Dry erase graphing materials will make a positive difference in our students' learning experiences!
Students will be able to practice graphing in all four quadrants. Students will also use what they graph to determine the area of polygons that they graph. The materials provided will help engage students. Thank you!
